On purchased a book from A1Books.com (partnered with Amazon.com) on the 27th of Aug. I was informed that they would ship it on the 30th Aug.By the 1st, it had not shipped and so I asked to cancel the order on that day and followed on the 3rd with similar request only to be informed that it had already shipped so it could not be cancelled. On the 8th, I requested a status update only to be told that it had shipped on the 5th. Obviously, they had lied in order to keep the money. Needless to say, it is the 14th of Sept and I still do not have item and they will not return any of my communication.
If you have anything to do with this company run, a mile go shop at Barnes & Noble. If you doubt me, go look at the endless complaints on Amazon about their poor service and delivery times.
