Blue Hippo takes advantage of people needing a computer and don't have the means to purchase one outright. For $1,779.48 I expected a fully functional computer. There was no modem, only enough memory to barely get by and they don't care.
When I called to complain, I was told that they fulfilled their obligation. They provided a computer. The end. What's worse there are no refunds. For what I am paying them, I could have gotten a REAL fully functioning computer. Buyer beware. Stay away from blue hippo
