Complaint / Review
Speed 2 Market, Zebra Interactive, Zoogle Interactive, Viper Communications, Wild Tiger
False and misleading license arrangement Internet

I paid $45,000 plus 10% GST for a license with Zebra Interactive in Sydney. This company, I'm informed has been bought out by Zoogle Interactive, and so I'm left wondering as to the validity of my license.

When I've left messages for the new directors to speak about what is happening with my license I get no response.

I have spoken with Marie Pinder who seems to behave as if all is well and she has been passing on training tips to me. I even had a meeting with her in the Sydney office on 24th October and apart from the fact that her system was going so slowly that we didn't get much done, Marie seemed to be believable.

Since returning home, I have received a couple of worrisome emails including a link to this complaint website.

I also have received an email from Didier as follows:-

Jenni,

Hi there, it has been a while. I'd like to add you to my professional network on LinkedIn. So we can stay in contact.

Hope to catch up soon.

Didier -

I include this as information for anyone likely to be getting involved in his next possible scheme?

The following is a communication I have received via another licensee who is trying to get some answers - it shows a rather convoluted process...

Following is some information that has been received from Cor Cordis Chartered Accountants; who have been appointed Administrators/Liquidators of Zebra Interactive. After speaking with their representative (Luke Connell), believe that all Licensees should be aware of any details involved with this situation as it progresses; as we have all have vested financial interests.

From discussions with Luke, the basic understanding is:

Mark Pallister and Andrew Unterweger first invested finance into Zebra in November (so essentially became partners back then, not May/June as they state)

February, Mark came over from Sth Africa to look at Zebra Ops and believed that Didier was spending profits to fund his lifestyle

February, Mark and Andrew took over financial control from Didier of Zebra

May/June Zoogle bought Zebra

Sept Zebra Interactive and Zebra Communications (now owned by Raint Pty Ltd) went into Administration

Didier is saying that he has not been paid anything from the sale (but does have 40% shares)

Zoogle directors are disputing facts about what have/have not have been included in the sale

Zoogle Directors are refusing to give Administrators access to any documentation or other information to investigate the situation they have apparently ceased communications with them

Administrators have suggested doubts regarding the legality of the sale as no documentation is available to support this claim

Correspondence from Maxim Business Advisory Services says they are conducting an audit on Zebra Interactive International (not sure if they have been engaged by or on behalf of Didier). Suspicions are that he will put this Company into Administration I dont know about anyone else but my contracts are with Zebra Interactive International. Their contact is a Luke Jacob.

Here is where one bell is ringing for me: when I mentioned this to Luke Connell (Administrator), he said that he has been trying to contact Luke Jacob to access information to no avail.

If Maxim Services have been given information from Didiers side and Zoogle have information from their side you would think that all parties would be allowing the Administrators access to any information so that everything could get sorted and settled, so my thoughts are what have they got to hide, or why are they stalling for time?

From basic research there are a lot of concerns about Zebra and Zoogle and a lot of unanswered questions.

Prior to all of this happening all Zebra Licensees were developing mutual relationships between each other with open communications, now it appears that communications are scattered creating a lot of confusion and misinformation, which may put us in a vulnerable position.

I am sending this message out for your information only. Regardless of who is right or wrong in this situation, WE have made an investment, and we need to be aware of what is going on to protect our interests.

I am sharing this with you because of a recent lesson I learned: I was given an ultimatum to either pursue a large reimbursement amount from a company that was being wound up, or trust the person giving me this choice to provide the service for me (with strings attached). This person was the same person who was the sole director of the company being wound up none of his options were in my favour, he of course is only looking after his interests.

When dictated a choice most of us are conditioned to weigh up the options and choose the lesser evil what we Forget is that we have the Freedom to decide what is best for us. So, for me learning this lesson, I have decided to investigate the facts surrounding Zoogle/Zebra so that I can make informed decisions and I am hoping to open the lines of communication with all of you.

Luke Connell from the Administrators has also asked for people to contact him as well, his details are attached at the end of this message. He explained his position as acting on behalf of Zebra creditors and not on behalf of Didier or Zoogle.

As part of his investigations he intended to contact us all, but he has not been given access to any information to follow up, I can confirm to you that my business has been substantially and directly affected by the Zoogle/Zebra sale; and until yesterday the Administrators did not even know I existed.
