I recently ordered some goods for a game I play online. This was on 10/29. On their website, they say please allow 15-30 minutes for delivery. Well it's been over 24 hours and I have not heard anything from this website. I have sent them numerous emails to 2 email addresses they have listed. The two emails they have listed on their website are as follows:

They also have an online support feature where you are supposed to be able to talk to someone in a chat window or on the phone, but when you click on this link, it says that the link is forbidden and dosen't give you any information.
I would love to get this website removed from searches and off the internet. I have just recently noticed that other people have had problems with this website through this consumer complaints website. Unfortunately this is today, and I ordered the goods yesterday. I spent about $68.00 on this website and I want it back. If anyone knows what I can do about this, please contact me.
