Fraudulent charges to my card Henderson Nevada

BidFuel offered a free auction success kit. I was to be charged $1.97 for shipping

I checked my bank account and found a charge for $39.95.

I called the toll free numbers and was told the $39.95 was charged 14 days after ordering.
