I spoke with Mr. Vincente Sanchez by telephone, background noise made it sound as though it was a busy office and he was very reassuring that I had won this money, but, was not to say to anyone until he phoned back in confirmation on Monday. It was at this point that I became concerned that this could either be an identity fraud, or, financial fraud scheme. I hasten to add, no bank details / DOB, etc. Were either requested or given.
After reading about all the other victims on this site I now realize this is a ripoff.
