No refund of Astar after a written cancellation of a purchse via phone call

Hallo Astar victims,

I became an Astar victim too. During an internet research concerning physics I found the website of an American University. ASTAR had a link onto this website and I "won 1625 Euro".

Todays later I got a phone call. The content can be described by the following sentence "Congratulations you won a purchase". First I didn't noticed it. Then it was too late. At the following day I send an email concerning the cancellation of the purchase. They replied that they don't except a cancellation via email, and I would have to ring. I did so. After a vasting discussion they stated I would have to wait for the package, then post back the package before I could receive a refund.

I send the package together with a confirmation letter back. I received the confirmation letter on 09.21.2007.21 days after the purchase. But up to now I still not received the refund.

I have accomplished the cancellation law of Florida. But what can I do further to receive the refund?
