VistaPrint grabs your information and systematicly makes a withdrawel each month

On 4 seperate occassions Vista Print, using the title "Vista Prints Rewards US", has made charges on my account. They claim that I've responded to 'surveys' that state that I am signing up for a program.

I've called each time... Each time they apologize... Each time (so far) they've refunded my money.

Now you tell me. If I had honestly signed something, would they be so quick to refund my money?

And, to add insult to injury, they send a SURVEY asking if I was happy with the way the situation was handled.
