I was billed for several months by this company. I was paying 32.48 monthly for an 800 message center that i never used, let alone knew about. This company is a complete rip off. I finally got a physical person on the phone, she was a fast talker and didn't give me an address but she gave me a confirmation number stating that this bill will be cancelled. I tried several times to reach a customer service agent and today I had success. The number on the web site is incorrect, I used 1-800-298-3724 today and landed someone. TH OTHER INFORMATION 800-296-4455 THE OTHER NUMBER 800-298-3724 IS A GOOD NUMBER, 1-800-433-4518.
The person that i talked to today said that i was sent an email and because i didn't answer, i was billed. That is rediculous. The slick thing is that they just started billing like i subscribed to their services and they attatch the amount to your telephone bill. I have at&t and they were really of no service to me, they didn't have a legitimate number, and couldn't stop the billing process!
