The way the practice works is as follows:
1.) Register with Fling.com (payment)
2.) Post you personal ad (for love, sex, etc.)
3.) View/Ads, have yours "viewed" by others.
4.) "Verify" your picture by sending in a scanned copy of photo-id (drivers license, passport, etc., address information blanked out by image editing software)
5.) Upon verification, forwards your contact information to a legitimate dating service "The Right One"
6.) Has your profile "viewed" by men/women from a variety of different cities, local, national and worldwide. The views include a free hotmail or yahoo account where you may contact the user directly.
7.) Any emails sent to the supposed user (man/woman) will be forwarded on to the dating service.
8.) The dating service will call you asking you to join their service, approximate $3000-$5000 (legitimate market price for such a service).
