I cancelled my account with this company for their service on July 137. I received a bill from them on July 20. I called and was told that I cancelled during the billing cycle, ok, my bad.
I received another bill on August 20, when I called, I was told by the "Customer Service" rep. That their company is always a month behind in billing.
No listening to reason, just parroting the company line, billing is a month behind.
