Jim Edmunds makes it a habit to "hire" website developers to work on his website and then when payment is demanded, he uses every subterfuge in the books to avoid payment. His classic that all of us heard was "I'm putting the check in the mail right now". We then received a confirmation notice but, of course, all he did was print out a shipping label and did not actually mail anything.
When payment is demanded he locks the current person out and goes searching for another developer. Developers should recognize the problem that his websites are a mishmash of different styles and techniques due to the many developers who have had a hand in doing the work.
Not only that, with access to his database and website backend, I noted that he was NOT refunding money to his customers and was lying to them the same way he did to me.
I know he is still out there even tho his vacationsforless.Biz website is gone. He will be doing the same scams. If anybody has had contact with him recently (ie last month or so) I ask for you to contact me so I can pass on to all his victims that I know of where he is at. We have lawsuits pending finding his location. His last known location was Southern California. He changes phone numbers and email addresses like most people change socks.
