I was invited to fly to Virginia for an on-site interview with this company, followed by a second on-site interview. I turned down the job offered due to a feeling that they were financially less than stable, a fact the CFO admitted during my second on-site.
After I turned down the job, the CFO told me that he felt no need to reimburse me as promised since he had "better use" for the money keeping the company running, so I'm out over $1,000 and they keep going. Pretty stupid approach for a company trying to survive selling financial software, HR software, and Benefits Management solutions
Their partners include SAP, IBM, and ERP Solutions, Inc. I will be notifying the partners of VitalSpring unethical behavior as well.
Do not trust these people to pay as promised.
