Com Put Money on my card to pay an important bill but could not because todaysescapes had taken my money without my knowledge Ripoff

On August 14th I put $100.00 on my mio card, when later in the day I called my phone company so they could get my information to pay my phone bill with they were told that the card was declined, so I got online and checked and found that todaysescapes had taken almost $60.00 without my knowledge of it.in the meantime I don't have enough to pay my phone bill and the phone was shut off because they stole money that I really don't have to begin with.
