Shoppinessentials - todaysescapes - AP9 ripoff fraudulant billing

I recently looked at my bank statement and discovered that two AP9 companies have been withdrawing money from my account. I called Todaysescapes to find out how this happened and the man named Patrick #4822 said that I responded to a phone solicitation and that I agreed to accept a $25 gift card to Walmart which I never received. I explained to Patrick that I dont listen to solicitation calls so it was impossible that I could have signed up for not one but two companies.

I asked Patrick to take my name off the list and refund my money for both Todaysescapes AND Shoppingessentials and he hung up on me. He was vey rude and kept talking while I was talking and then he just hung up.
