I wish I would have found this Rip Off Website and the similar reports about FUNTONIA before I was sucked into this scam! Like all of the other reports I have read, this appears to be the best ringtone site around - However, YOU CANNOT use their tones. They are impossible to download, you never receive the text messages, and using the USB cable they suggest in their cookie cutter customer service "responses" does not work either! I was suckered for $23.88 (for a year's worth of ringtone downloads)- charged to my debit card! After several attempts to contact the company by email (little did I know there was no phone number, or actual customer service department) it became clear this was a scam! I even involved my cell phone company, Verizon, and they said they had no information about FUNTONIA. My next step has to be to change my debit card number through my bank because they have that information now - What a complete pain! If it seems too good to be true, IT IS! I will continue to try and recover my money, but more importantly, I would like to alert others to this complete and total scam!
Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company! Beware of funtonia ringtones!
