I placed an order in Nov who put my order on back order for over a month. I contacted Buy.com to return it, Buy.com issued an RMA (Return authorization), I sent the product back in new condition. Never heard from them, received No refund and completely ignored all my emails to their sales and support. It is now over 7 months with complete and utter silence.
Beware - do not deal with this company
