I purchased a replacement laptop battery in February. It had a 30 day warranty - 30 days after purchase date. It took about two weeks to receive it.
After about 15 days of use it failed - 31 days after I purchased it.
Tried getting a replacement, thinking it was a defective one. Was told it was past the warranty period, so got nothing.
Tried dispute resolution through my Visa credit card company - Chase - they wouldn't do anything because it was a warranty dispute. Next time I guess I'll use American Express, since they will refund for defective merchandise.
In any event, I'll NEVER buy from JustDeals.com again, and I urge others not to either.
