I recently noticed a $9.95 charge on my Discover Card that I have not been able to validate/verify. When I looked at older statements, I found that this is a monthly change, dating back to December. I have no record or recollection of contacting this company and requesting a membership — I don't even have a membership number to use to get through the company's phone system.
After trying to contact them by phone (they're always closed) and website (server is not working), I found this site and noticed other complaints registered against company. I now realize these are fraudulent charges, and I wish to take steps to cancel the membership and get my money back.
