I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this site which included shipping and no hidden costs as they stated in their website. They said overseas shipping included all taxes with nothing else to pay. This was not the case and I was charged an extra $40 before i could collect my package - this was an import tax that I had to pay. I have sent numerous emails and just received really rude emails like 'its not my problem, move over here its nice and sunny'. That is not the way to do business. I was told 'no way Im not chasing up a company in a weird country'. I think this treatment is appalling.in England you would get a polite reply and a refund.
