I would like to report IP-CHARGE.com for improperly charging me for services I've never requested. I dont know who these people are or what they offer.

Someone in this company ust have hacked into my personal business/account in order to charge me for services. Agaain, I don't know who these people are or what services they offer. I've never heard of this company.
