I signed up for a computer class to be held May 14-15 2007 for which my company paid $695. The instructor never showed, nor did the facility where it was to be held know anything about a class. I spent almost 2 hours in the car getting there and missed time from work. I called and sent emails and never heard back.
Finally, the next day, Greg Parker sent an email and said they would reschedule the class, that the instructor was in an accident. I didn't buy it and said I wanted a refund. They state on the sign up form that they offer a full refund if a class is cancelled, or in my case, if nobody shows! Today is June 25th and we have not received the refund.
My CFO and myself have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls. Greg did return one email to my CFO and said the check was mailed 3 weeks ago. We never received it and Greg is not returning any of our communications.
