On May 24 I ordered 2 cans of 16oz Biofreeze from Cheap Relief. I have ordered from this company before and never had a problem. I was told when ordering, to wait at least 8 days before checking for whereabouts of my package if need be. This is June 24, and I have yet to receive this package. My charge card has already been charged. I have sent numerous emails, to find out what was going on, and where my package could be. Nobody ever returns any of the emails. I have tried to find a phone number to talk to someone in person, and there is none on the website. I am now sending a letter to the above address to see why in the world this is all happening.
Just wondered if this is happening to anyone else, and did they go out of business, or what. Now I have a charge of over 40.00 on my charge card, for something I didn't get. What do I do about that? Help.
