Two years ago I had fell into their trap of the ink Cartdridges. I bought them, and I felt they were a waist of money. They wanted to send me more and another gift card, I might add, and I had told them no that I did not want to order from them again and to not ship anymore ink cartdridges. Well just a few days ago, we received a box full of ink cartridges that we did not order and the ink cartridges no longer fit any of our printers / copiers. I called them to ask why they had shipped them and they said that I had ordered them. I told them that they were wrong and that I wanted to ship them back and they said that their manager had to call me.
A Mike Kane called and said that I had ordered and then the argument started. He was so rude and pushy that I ended up hanging up. This so called "Company" is just terrible and I advise everyone to not use this company. They are very deceptive and they lie. I sent a overnight letter to the company stating how we stand on this situation, and we still have not heard anything from them. Cartridges are still waiting to be sent back. This was the most horriable experience that I have been through.
