Paid $3000 for an RSS feed from article insider to put into my site to increase traffic. The company I paid had 3 names, infosearch media, traffic logic, and article insider. Services included misc other services including writing of text articles.
RSS feed worked OK for a while and then started going down and freezing my site. Tech support said to permanently remove it because of server problems. Sales rep said it would not be offered anymore to clients.
Asked for a partial refund of $2000 considering the loss or the RSS feed which was the primary service I paid for. My refund request was completely ignored. They never returned my calls after that. My account name with them was waterskiworld.
