In April i attempted to purchase gold from GP. I sent the money via google and my credit card was charged within minutes. I waited for my delivery for a few hours, It never came. I contacted there customer service, only to hear "wait we will be with you shortly". Makeing a long story short. Over a month later and many many attempts to contact them to resolve this issue and reporting to my creditor that Gamepal had illegally charged my credit card did i recieve a refund. I dont understand how an outfit like this can stay in buisness? I would advie anyone who wishes to use this typw of service to NOT use Gamepal
