Yes, just like thousands of others they have stolen from.
They never had the right, to withdrawl, only the oppertunity.
Their Terms and conditions state that they have the right to charge 14 days after this purchase. OK But! Purchase? A free gift is not a purchase, and this cannot apply. They are not a shipping Co. They claim $4.95 for shipping. This is not a purchase, or they are charging you for the item, that they are offering for free. That's false advertising. This is internet racketeering. Let's all inform the FTC and the Dept. Of Justice.
This is an obvious crime. The kit does not even contain the only items pictured on the offer. We can shut them down, Seize their assets, and have those perpitrating arrested. These suckers laughed at me, and hung up on me. Now it's personal!
Also, print out the email offer and all the pages, including the T&C page. It's just $50 times a thousand or more people.
Probably more like 10,000 people. That's 5Mil stolen.
