The company is owned by matt witwicki. I worked for matt and website advancement for a few months. The packages sounded like a good deal, as a salesmen i was offered good commishions. The commishions seemed to good to be true.
Website advancement took an online marketing idea called pop unders and used the idea to "guarantee traffic" to prospects. A pop under is a form of advertising that is very cheap, large amounts of pop unders are needed to see results. When a pop under is displayed website logs report a visitor.
Average companies charge $12 - $20 for 5,000 targeted pop unders. Website Advancement charges $400 for 5,000 visitors.
Matt Witwicki wanted me to sell packages of 15,000 visitors for $960. And i did. There is nothing that i can do to help the people that website advancement told me to rip off. I am writing this report to warn people before they do business with website advancement.
If you take a look at website advancement's portfolio you will notice a lot of designs that look familiar. This is because website advancement downloads template website designs for $3 and resales them for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Once i found this to be true, I could no longer work or sell for this company.
The last thing that i will warn people about is the about us page. Matt witwicki wrote the about us page to make it seem that their are many people working for the company. The truth is that it is a one man show with little to no experiance. The business has been active for less then a year and a half.
The online marketing and search engine optimization has a bad reputation due to companies like this. There are good companies out there, this is not one of them. Before you do any business with website advancemen do you research. Ask simple questions asking them to credit themselfs and they wont beable to.
