Deceptive overcharging hidden fees / we lost thousands of dollars Ripoff

We sent almost 5000 lbs of electronic scrap for refining and they paid us way less than what we paid for it ourselves. To get our business, they promised us way more than they paid us. We lost several thousands of dollars on this deal. If we sent it to the other refinery we would actually turn out a profit instead of major loss.

We are waiting almost 3 months to get paid and they say a lot less time.
