Optimum voicemail company alleges that i went to a site called getfreemusic.com and enter my name, e-mail, birthdate, and mothers maiden name and they then inturn added voicemail to my jobsite telephone, and i was supposedly to recive and e-mail with a link to recive 1000.00 in grocery coupons. I have never been to this site and did not authorize anyone to give this infomation or add this service.
My employer contacted the service and the ip address they provided does not match the ip address of my computer at home, but my computer and the other have the same isp mediacom internet. I contacted optimum on my own and royal gave them a piece of my mind. I asked them how can they take orders for these services and not speak to anyone and only go on the information that i mentioned above, and not even ask for a social security number.
They didn't even bothers to check and see if i was even an autorized representative of my employer to even have this service added. They also said that after you follow the link to the grocery coupons they were supposd to recive a conformation of this. But how can you respnd to something that they never send. It's all abunch of bull this company should be put out of business and a suit filed against them. They not only put you through alot of bull but ocassionaly they cause you to lose your job, like i did. Now i have to go through and act of congress and more humiliation to prove my innocence. If you have had any problems with this company put a stop to them immediatly.
