I ordered a Laptop from Tiger Direct But little did I know that this product came with No "OS" which I had no idea what an "OS is... Do You??? So I then asked to return it and they sounded as if they were aware of the mistake and gave me a great deal on a new laptop called e-Machine and had all paper work done paid for i's dotted, t's crossed and they threw in an anti-spyware for $29.99 with a $20.00 rebate. I received the anti-spyware but they cancelled my laptop order giving me No Notification what-so-ever. I obviously NEVER received my laptop and now I'm stuck with an anti-spyware and No Laptop to use it with. I've been trying to contact them to return the anti-spyware and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with them... Like they fell off of the face of the earth.
I am, however returning the initial-Laptop (the one with no "OS" and they had sent me the RA # for returning purposes but, fortunately, this is when they were thinking that I would be purchasing the e-Machine-Laptop. This is not Standard Business Procedure in any form. I run a small business from my home and if I treated my customers this way I would not only be "OUT-OF-BUSINESS" but probably be arrested also... Can you help me???
