Several months ago I discovered a charge on my bank account from Ap9 Savingsmart.com. I had no idea what the charge was for being that I had never signed up for this. I called the company for the first time and spoke with a women. I had told her the situation, she said my money would be refunded and all accounts would be closed.
The money was refunded, However the statements I have been receiving for the past severeal months are still showing charges from Ap9 savingsmart.com. I have tried numerous times to contact the company, All attemps have failed. Their is no longer an option to talk to a costumer representitive on their automated answering system. I have since then wrote them an e-mail in wich I am still waiting for a response. I will update you with further information when and if the email is recieved.
