Rebate Processing Center - Customer Care Department Primer Rebate Rip-Off and continues to get away with it. Why? Why did I go to war?

I received the following post card with not a mention of what the product was or the dates I was at error. How can you deal with a company that will not give you adequate information and no option but to write them for further information? What happen to email address or telephone numbers. I really cannot conceive that this company is legal by reading about this company from many many others.
