Order placed on 02/23/07; charged to credit card. Shipped on 2/25 via USPS - per e-mail confirmation. Because they had stated up to 10 day shipping time, waited until 3/12/07 to try to contact them. Phone attempts always answered by machine; left msg several times. Numerous e-mails unanswered. Finally on 3/15/07 talked with young man. Apologetic, offered reason for delay was due to their heavy order load. Committed a check and reshipment of order by USPS Priority Mail. We shall see!
In all fairness to EZinkjets.com - have ordered 6-7 times in past 3 years. Orders always filled promptly with high quality products.
