After a number of disappointing auctions I chose to close my Ebay account but have been unable to because they insist I have items pending for sale which I don't. I have contacted them several times trying to explain the problem and all they do is direct me to their form used for closing account which, when I click on it, gives me the error message that I can't proceed because I have the items pending.
They have no phone customer service and the email c.S. Is outsourced to reps who lack an understanding of the language and only give rote responses.
In the meantime, they have chaarged me again for seller fees and have stopped responding to my emails, and, my account remains open against my wishes.
