I purchase a 19" LCD from Tiger Direct with the "lure' of a $50 rebate on 8/29/06. After receiving the product, I filled out the appropriate on-line form with onrebate.com as well as the sending in the form with UPC & invoice. I checked on-line for updates, of course status never changed. I emailed customer service numerous time, with no reply. Finally I spent the 2 hours on hold to talk to a representative on 1/26/07. The first associate I spoke to replied "so sorry it is well after the deadline, we never received your form.." I called Tiger Direct, 1 hour on hold, the associate eplained that onrebate had my submission, I just need to call back and speak to a manager. I called back and was told this time "just send in a resubmission and check back with a status." It is now 3 weeks latter no check! I noted an email to the CEO on this site and sent him an email stating that I am no longer upset with the USPS for failing to delivery my mail. I am turning my attention and frustration to his company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC and with my State's Attorney General. I wish I saw this wesite before purchase.
