I was on a site that had a JC Penney shopping card for 500.00 dollars if I filled out survey and I proceded with this then a ad caught my eye for trial size phentrazine diet pills for 9.95. I filled out all info including checking account info. There was no more info I had to fill out. They took out the 9.95 out of checking and I received my pills in 10 days. Two weeks later I was balacing checkbook on line and saw 149.95 taken out from PE Labs Inc. I was furious. I did not under stand what had happened. I called them up and never could get any one to answer except messages. I emailed them and asked what happened and their respnse was that I enrolled in a Ap program and the 149.95 was for 2months of pills and some vitamins and told me it was unrefundable. They say I gave them permission when I ordered the trial size. I ASSURE you I did not! They lied.inever gave them permission to do this. I want my money back. I have sent back the 2months of pills and vitamins that I nevr ordered in the first place on 12/17/06. I still get nothing from thesepeople. I notified BBB and They have been in touch with them, but nothing resolved. Please help me!!!
