Ordered and paid in full for a year mag on 12. Got 2 issues. Mag stops.
Reseller cancels subscription. Over 2 years I send continuous emails only to get 3 responses all stating internal error and that my mag will be ordered again.
No mag ordered with the publisher and here it is 02 is that too long to wait?
Was offered a refund once to pay pal. Tried to tell them I have no pay pal but then no more was ever offered.
I am in the process of printing all correspondence and retaining an attorney for a stupid 26.00 magazine.
If this compnay had any other point of contact other then waiting on a hope for a reply to e mail this would have already been resolved.
