I bought maybe 3 or 4 things from a couple of e-bay sellers-someone used personal info to order things on my account. I don't think my bank believes me, I'm getting" you have to sign papers", which I'm going to. Never received items, but i didn't order them, either! Now, am almost $600 overdrafted at my bank and the overdraft fees and charges are being tacked on every day! I need my bank account, but I'm not going to get hosed like this for something i had nothing to do with! What can I do? Help!!!
