No delivery after charging postage and handeling. To ups charge Ripoff ohio

I paid for 2 cds. Both from different places. They both charged $3.49 shipping and handeling fees. I recieved one from Orlando Fla. Within three day. The one from Ohio is still missing. They told me three days ago to give it another three days. Now I'm up to 8 days. I don't hold Amazon responsible, but I think they ought to check these people out a little close
