I'm not going into great detail here, as there are already 2600 reports filed on this company. I think that there needs to be better enforcement to disallow this sort of business from making a profit. This business purposefully tricks you into thinking that you are obtaining a free credit report, and asks for your credit information telling you that it is needed to do the report, and they then proceed to sneak $12.95 per month from your account until you notice this and then have to call to cancel your membership (of which you never signed up for in the first place). These people need to be punished, and stricter enforcement is needed to prevent innocent people from having they're money stolen.
