Charged me $60.36 for a $100.00 FREE trial 90 day pay per click program for new advertisers. Ripoff Internet

Msn Adcenter advertises $100.00 FREE credit for the first 90 days for NEW advertisers. I joined 3 weeks ago, now they've charge my checking account $60.36. Plus I paid the initial $5.00 sign up fee.

I've emailed them with no response and I can't find a Phone number to call customer service.
Does anyone have any answers?
