Complaint: Inept Sales Staff. Original Order was placed forDining Room Furnishings, Bedroom Furnishings (2 bedroom sets) Buffet, Chairs.

Initial order was taken by Scott, who confirmed all items available. Later was told items were not available and reordered.

Delivery dates were to be by 10.31.06.

Received 1st shipment of 1 bed (nightstands not sent), 2 coffee tables, 1 Dining Room Table. On 12.18.06 (almost 2months after initial delivery dates were provided) and more than half of the original order was missing.

Bed arrived damaged and of extermely POOR quality, Dining Room table came without assembly instructions for the delivery persons to put together. I immediately called and e-mailed Matt, and did not receive a response for 2 days. At this time, was told the rest of the order was damaged and not sent to me.

I demanded that the broken parts of the bed be forwarded to me immediately, along with the nightstands and instructed Matt to cancel the rest of the order.

Matt indicated that he would get the broken pieces of the bed and 2 nightstands sent to me on 12.26.06. And that he would cancel the rest of the order. Todays date is 1.19.07 and there is still no replacements for the damaged delivered furniture.

He also indicated that he would provide proof of all the e-mails that he received from his company to prove that the delay in these items were factory based. When I have continued to ask for these e-mails and verification that the rest of my order is being forwarded, there has been no response.

I have requested the names of the owners and the last names ofall the people I have had to deal with via e-mails. There is still noresponse.

Since I live on the island of Kauai, I shop entirely via internet providers.

This company indicates it is a provider of "high end" furnishings and certainly charges "high end" prices. However, the quality of the furniture is extremeley cheap and substandard.

The Customer Service is non-existent. The telephone number is only answered by an answering service that doesn't know anything and is instructed to take your name and number and they can only fax a message to 650.649.2943.

From the time I purchased the product and was promised to receive the order by 10.31.06, actual delivery date was 12.18.06. I was told all items were available. All that was received was a fraction of the order and it was unacceptible.

Unfortunately, because I am on Kauai, returns are next to impossible. Date of Purchase/Incident: 09082006 Requested Resolution: Consumer's Desired Resolution: I want the broken pieces to the bed that was delivered (wood rail/left & hardward) I want the 2 nightstands I want a discount of the entire order I want to see all the internal e-mails that was promised to me by Matt on 11.28.06

On 1.11.07 I received a call from Amita Sharma (supposedly, this is the director of the company). I suppose she had finally gotten notification from the BBB and Attorney Generals office that they were being reported and investigated. I also had my attorney locate the business owners (Amita is the only "listed" owner) She was uniformed of the entire transaction. I told her that I would provide the entire fiasco via my e-mail correspondence). Amita said she would look into the matter nd promised to call me the following day. I've never heard from her since.

I will continue to pursue a resolution on this matter. I want everyone to know how DISHONEST and FRAUDULENT this company is. Stay away.
