Shipped half of a $400 order, of an authentic Gucci bag and a knockoff replica Rolex. Won't respond to calls or emails

I placed an order on 12/17/06 for a Gucci bag and a replica rolex watch. They shipped the bag but no watch. I have sent several emails and left several messages, but have not heard back from anyone. They say on their website that the respond to emails within 24 hours but it has been weeks now. DO NOT deal with capitalstyles.com at ALL if you want to get what you paid for.
