TigerDirect Promises rebates in its advertising, but does not always provide packaging with the UPC labels that are essential to successful application for Rebates. Concerning my rebate, they admitted: "we are aware of this problem" and asked me to fax a copy of my application.
I have done everything they asked me to do. They kept giving me lies and stupid answers (like "look on the box", when the missing box was the problem all along) — that's when they responded at all.
I have been waiting five months for my rebate. I have been promised action: "We do apologize for the inconvenience. We will make sure to forward your comments to the correct department to address this issue accordingly. Please allow 2-3 business days to review.".
I am still waiting — perhaps TigerDirect only have 2-3 business days each year?
