I used my visa to pay for an $80.00 pair of shoes for my son. He saved his money for several months for those shoes. We ordered them from 3dkicks.com. They sent me the wrong shoes. I emailed them and they said return them to the address included with the shoes. I sent them back, at my own expense ($24.00).
UPS attempted to make the delivery for a week without success. The company return address was not correct and 3dkicks would not confirm a different delivery address. UPS has returned the shoes to me.
I have emailed several times with no response. I have called the 800 number well over 100 times. Nobody EVER answers the phone. Business hours are only 3 hours a day.
A message cannot be left. I don't feel we have any recourse.
