A dear friend of mine ventured onto the internet for the first time. My friend does not know what LOL, LMAO or TTYL means, so how could she know what was to come when she clicked on "You've Won A Free Laptop!" Her "Free Laptop" is costing her over $7,000 and to top it off, it's only a loaner (lease)! This fabulous offer also came with a pretty binder, some paper and some motivational telephone support numbers. For $7,000?!?! I don't think so. I won't stand for it.

I've been up all night drafting a letter to them telling them everything I am prepared to do because they refuse to even respond, let alone resolve this issue, but after checking the BBB and consumer complaintss, I am even more energized, motivated and ready to fight!
