I purchased a DVD called the Uninvited from 1944. Apparently the film was never released on DVD, but I did not know that at the time. I ordered from this company called, All Out DVD. I received a poorly represented DVD 3 weeks late in a makeshift DVD case and a blank DVD inside - not even a burned copy, but a blank DVD! And no return address on the damn envelope! I immediately sent an email to the company - no reply (email address: [email protected]. I sent 3 within a span of 2 weeks and received a single reply stating that they didn't appreciate my negative comments and that my DVD player must be bottom of the line. Nice repsonse considering the DVD was tried on 3 DVD players - 2 of which are brand new and top of the line. This fraud must be put out of business!!!
