False Advertising, Phishing, wouldn't refund all of my money, they kept $15 of the $38 I paid. At least their email worked, ripoff

I did a Google search for downloading Microsoft word... It pulls up that 360 Share Pro can provide this for you free of charge but you have to pay $20-40 dollars to sign up.

Their programs didn't work one bit, and when emailing back the company to get some tech support, they had canned responses, so I asked for my money to be refunded. They kept $15 dollars as an administrative cost, which is total crap. It's false and misleading advertising, and everyone should STAY AWAY!!!
