I started to receive e-mails saying my account was being accessed from an overseas location. When I replied to the e-mail and stated that I do not have, and never have had, an account with them, it was totally ignored, and I received another e-mail regarding my account. There is a lack of communication or pure ignorance. Where do they get their information anyway? I am not sure how to get the point across to them. Some of these companies should not be in business.
